Spectrum Selection

The EWA Spectrum Selection department provides Industrial/Business applicants with a system review, frequency analysis and will submit their application to the FCC in these bands. Contact ila [dot] dudley [at] enterprisewireless [dot] org (Ila Dudley) to submit your applications to the FCC.

  • 30– 900 MHz
  • 800 MHz Sprint vacated spectrum
  • 952 and 956 MHz Multiple Address Systems (MAS)

EWA has the expertise to complete and submit applications for the 3.65 GHz and 4.9 GHz bands through the FCC. EWA provides you with three ways to submit your application for Public Safety and Industrial/Business frequency requirements.

  • EWA Fixed Base/Repeater and Mobile Only worksheets can be completed and either faxed or emailed to submit your request for a new or modified licenses.

  • Complete the EWA On-Line worksheets for your Fixed Base/Repeater, Mobile only and Construction Notification requests. Just complete the forms, print them out and submit them to EWA.   The worksheets provide you with helpful information to complete them.  Upon receipt of your worksheets EWA will contact you in writing to provide you with the fees associated with your application.  Public Safety applicants and Construction Notificatiion requestors can complete and sign the FCC Form 601, Main Form signature pages and fax it to 717.337.9157.  Be sure to put the applicants name on the form.

The Application Preparation and Verification department ensures that your application is correctly submitted.
