The advisory details the technical parameters of the new or modified system; it provides guidelines on the relevant FCC rules once the system is operational; and it assists in identifying potential issues associated with sharing frequencies with different system use technologies, objectives and operating practices. The e-Advisory also provides a link to request a Channel Sharing Report about the licensee’s shared spectrum environment.
