4.9 GHz Coalition Files Ex Parte

In an ex parte letter filed September 21, 2023, the Enterprise Wireless Alliance, the American Petroleum Institute, Forestry Conservation Communications Association, International Municipal Signal Association, National Sheriff’s Association, and the Utilities Technology Council (collectively the 4.9 GHz Coalition) again urged the Federal Communications Commission to designate the four public safety frequency advisory committees as the national 4.9 GHz band manager.
