EWA Files Reply Comments on APSC Waiver Request

In Reply Comments filed August 15, the Enterprise Wireless Alliance reiterated its support of the Arizona Public Service Company (APSC) Request for Waiver and responded to comments filed by Association of Public-Safety Communications Officials-International, Inc. (APCO) that suggest an unfamiliarity with the APSC filing and with the FCC rules governing Expansion Band (EB) spectrum.
