The Enterprise Wireless Alliance (EWA) welcomed the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) initiative to reduce unnecessary regulatory burdens imposed by outdated rules as defined in Public Notice DA-25-219. Today, EWA filed comments with the FCC highlighting specific rule changes that would streamline licensing processes, reduce costs, and promote efficient use of spectrum resources. EWA’s recommendations were previously filed with the FCC as Petitions for Rulemaking which are currently pending before the FCC.
EWA recommends:

EWA is a member of the National Wireless Communications Council (NWCC) and fully supports the NWCC comments in this proceeding.
EWA is an FCC-certified frequency advisory committee that provides license preparation, spectrum management and associated services to business enterprises, private carriers, public safety entities and wireless sales and service organizations.
