Cevo FAQs
Creating a Cevo account, using Cevo tools, and entering FCC application data, are all free of charge. Fees only apply when you request EWA services (such as application preparation or frequency coordination). You can view our current pricing on our Service Fees page.
When you request a service in Cevo, you’ll go through a checkout process to review associated costs before choosing a payment method. Charges are applied only after an EWA Spectrum Advisor completes the requested services.
EWA accepts major credit cards for online transactions. If your company has been approved for credit, you will see an option at checkout to be invoiced under Net 30 terms. If authorized for Net 30 terms, purchase order numbers may be provided during check out.
If you do not see a Net 30 option but would like to apply, please submit a a credit application for EWA approval.
Alternative payment arrangements such as prepayment by check, draw-down accounts may be set up by contacting EWA’s accounting office at 703-797-5140 or Accounting@EnterpriseWireless.org
Fees for FCC filings fall into three categories: the level of service you choose from EWA, frequency coordination, and FCC fees. Some services qualify for an EWA member discount. You can view current rates on our Service Fees page.
Before submitting an application, you will select one of the following service levels:
- Cevo Express: EWA completes your application based on the information you provide, verifies accuracy, performs frequency coordination, and submits the applicationto the FCC. You can choose this option at any point by selecting the “Hand Over to EWA” button. Frequency coordination and FCC fees are additional.
- Cevo Solo: You complete and certify your application. EWA performs frequency coordination and submits it to the FCC. While Tthere is no additional service level fee for Solo, standard coordination and FCC fees still apply.
- Cevo Pro: You complete your application in its entirety and participate directly in the frequency selection process using Cevo’s analysis tools (e.g., reviewing incumbents and testing scenarios). EWA will then certify and submit the application to the FCC. Fees include Pro level privileges, frequency coordination, and FCC fees.
Login to your Cevo account and navigate to My Orders on your dashboard, where you can view invoices for either your own or your company’s transactions.
Cevo streamlines the filing process and offers three ways to submit your application data:
- The Cevo Wizard: A step-by-step tool that simplifies data entry, reduces the number of required fields, checks for completeness, and provides helpful tips along the way.
- Direct Form Entry: Complete FCC Form 601 directly within Cevo. This is for applicants who are familiar with the form and do not require additional guidance.
- Templates: Save time using templates you have created from previous applications to quickly populate common information.
