On June 28, 2016, Mark Crosby, President and CEO of the Enterprise Wireless Alliance, Morgan O’Brien, Vice-Chairman of pdvWireless, Inc. and counsel met with Brendan Carr of Commissioner Pai’s office to discuss the history and current utilization of the Part 90 900 MHz band and the substantial utility and efficiency that would be produced by adopting the joint EWA/PDV Petition for Rulemaking.
