EWA, API, UTC, FCCA, and IMSA File Ex Parte on 4.9 GHz

The American Petroleum Institute, Forestry Conservation Communications Association, International Municipal Signal Association, National Sheriffs’ Association, and the Utilities Technology Council joined EWA in proposing to the Federal Communications Commission an organizational framework for managing the 4.9 GHz band that would increase overall use of the band while preserving public safety primacy.
